The House of Swindon

 Hail and well met!

We are The House of Swindon Guild. A historical, theatrical troupe devoted to bringing the pages of renaissance history to life. We educate as well as entertain.

We are head quartered in Rocklin, CA. With members in Northern CA and the Northern NV area.

 Our focus is on the English Renaissance.

We portray the Historical Characters and house hold of: Lord Edward Manners 3rd Earl of Rutland, Lady Isabel Manners, Countess of Rutland and Lady Elizabeth Manners Baroness of Ros. Along with several other historical family members, visiting relatives and many colorful characters in the mix. 

We encourage the educational end of our fun through the many different skills of the renaissance time period. Such as speech, period dance and songs, weaponry, fashion, foods and herbs. From peasants to nobles, period games and history. This includes presentations, demonstrations at our libraries and schools in our areas.

We would love to be a part of your entertainment for your company party, wedding or any special event that you would need our extraordinary type of entertainment.
